Any information relating to your person, to orders and purchases made by you are considered strictly confidential. Magiant Srl sign an undertaking not to disclose the nature of trade or to sell outside the business information contained in its files. All information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of communicating news, offers, promotions, in order to render a service to you. Magiant Srl, as owner of the treatment, ensure the confidentiality of personal data of the Client and full compliance with Act No. 675/96 and Legislative Decree no. 171/98 and subsequent amendments. According to the Art. 10 of Law No. 675/96, containing provisions for protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, notice that the customer's personal data will be processed with computer systems and with the help of third parties connected to the corporate exclusively for purposes related to the execution of the contract. For purposes related to the execution of the contract shall, in particular, all the functions and instrumental performance of the purchase, such as the management system, control of payments, shipment management and administration of claims. Magiant srl as a holder of the processing of personal data, also announced that a more extensive information regarding the treatment of data, the list of rights granted to Customer in accordance with art. 13 of Law No. 675/96 and the list of those appointed by Srl Magiant the data are available upon written request. With reference to the data provided, the customer can exercise their rights under Art. 13 L. 675/96 (access, correction, integration, cancellation, opposition, etc..) Contacting the owner or to the controllers. By completing the order form digital, the client declares to have taken note of this information and express his consent to the disclosure of personal data and to process them, for the purposes and by persons specified in the legislation itself, conscious that in defect of consent and in cases of proven false information the order will not be executed.
